In response to Judge Wisdom's proposed opinion, Judge Rives circulated an opinion concurring in part and dissenting in part.  Judge Jones noted his agreement with Judge Rives, and Judge Wisdom revised his opinion to incorporate the Rives position and secure the concurrences of the two judges.
