Opinion of Judge Godbold.
Judge Wisdom opposed the proposed opinion of Judge McRae, which was contrary to the agreement of the judges at conference. Judge Godblod agreed with Judge Wisdom, and drafted an opinion to reflect their views, in which Judge McRae ultimately concurred.
