Dissenting opinion of Judge Wisdom.
At conference, the Judges tentatively agreed to affirm the judgment below. Judge Wisdom, who was to have written the opinion, came instead to favor reversal, and wrote a proposed opinoin to that affect. Judges Jones and Dyer did not agree, and Judge Wisdom issued a dissent.
