Per Curiam
Judge Wisdom had drafted and circulated a proposed opinion in which Judge Davis concurred, when Chimel v. California, 395 U.S. 752 (1969) was handed down. The Lyon opinion was revised to comport with the Supreme Court decision in that case.
Includes draft opinion to affirm, pre-Chimel; TLS (2) of Judge Davis and TL of Judge Wisdom on the merits in light of Chimel, and on the revised opinion to be written; and, TLS of Judge Kern, (D.C.Cir.) on the final opinion.
