Scope and Contents
No. 29,311; 441 F.2d 495 Judges Coleman and Simpson had agreed that this case be assigned to the summary calendar and affirmed per curium, and Judge Coleman circulated a per curiam opinion to that effect. Judge Wisdom disagreed, however, and requested that the case be reclassified and scheduled for argument. The case was later argued before a panel of which Judge Wisdom was a member, and it fell to him to prepare the opinion for the court. Includes TLS of Judge Wisdom on the merits and on reclassification of the appeal as appropriate.
