Flores v. Beto NO. 23,223; 374 F.2d 225, cert. den. 387 U.S. 948 (1967) Judge Connally circulated a proposed majority opinion, to which Judge Rives ressponded with a concurring opinion, suggesting that the two opinions might be combined. Judge Connally agreed, and did so.

Guillory v. Allgood No. 23,778; 379 F.2d 273 (1967)

In conference the judges agreed to affirm, but Judge Rives subsequently came to favor reversal. Judges Wisdom and Connally agreed, and concurred in the opinion of Judge Rives to that effect.

The signed opinion first submitted by Judge Rives was revised, and is reported, as revised, a per curiam.
