No. 22,692; 391 F.2d 13, cert. den. 393 U.S. 978 (1968) Responding to the proposed dissenting opinion of Judge Godbold, and the inclination of Judge Bell to join in the Godbold opinion, Judge Wisdom modified his proposal majority opinion. He was further prepared to substitutie the Godbold dissent for a portion of the proposed majority opinion, and dissent in part. This was not done, however, as Judge Bell concurred in Judge Wisdom's opinion as modified.
