No. 29,445; 454 F.2d 321 (1972) On screening this case Judge Coleman was reluctant, but agreed to reverse on specified grounds. Judge Wisdom circulated a proposed per curiam opinion so holding, in which Judge Simpson concurred. Judge Coleman did not concur, and Judge Wisdom redrafted the opinion to meet his objections. Judge Simpson again concurred; Judge Coleman still would not, and the case was set for argument.
