No. 77-5305; 567 F.2d 643, reh. den. 573 F.2d 85 (1978) While the conference decision of the judges was to dispose of this case by means of a short per curiam opinion, Judge Wisdom instead decided to write at some length and to sign the opinion. Includes TL of Judge Wisdom on his proposed opinion as opposed to the tentative conference agreement of the judges, and referring to United States v.
