Case No. 87-2008 We AFFIRM the district court's award of damages and attorney's frees, but REMAND the cause to the disstrict court for either and explanation of the exceptional circumstances that justify denial of prejudgment interest or amendment of the judgment to include prejudgment interest at the rate of 10 percent, compounded daily, from December 30, 1983.
