Lansdale v. Tyler Jr. College No. 71-1775; 470 F.2d 659 (1972), cert. den. 411 U.S. 986 (1973) Opinion of Judge Wisdom specially concurring. Upon receipt of the request of Judge Coleman that this case be put en banc, and of a similar request of Judge Morgan regarding Karr v. Schmidt, 460 F.2d 609 (1972), Judge Simpson requested that each reconsider his vote against en banc consideration of Glover v. Pettey, 447 F.2d 495 (1971), involving issues similar to those presented by Lansdale and Karr. The votes, however, were not changed. Includes TLS of Judge Coleman on en banc consideration of Lansdale as appropriate. Also includes TLS of Judge Simpson and TLS (bearing AN) of Chief Judge Brown on the Coleman request in Lansdale, the Morgan request in Karr, and the votes of Judges Coleman and Morgan in Glover.
