Parrish v. Board of Commissioners of the Alabama State Bar No. 73-3553; 524 F.2d 98 (1975), cert. den. 425 U.S. 944, on remand 533 F.2d 942 (1976) Opinion of Judge Wisdom dissenting from the opinion of the court en banc. On remand from the en banc court, Judge Tuttle circulated a proposed opinion for the panel. Judge Gee circulated a special concurrence, and requested an en banc poll. Judge Tuttle revised the proposed majority opinion. Includes TL and TLS of Judge Tuttle on his proposed opinion for the panel. Also includes proposed specially concurring opinion of Judge Gee; and, TLS of Judge Coleman and TLS of Judge Gee on en banc consideration as appropriate.
