Mortillaro v. State of Louisiana
C.A.No. 72-1868; 356 F.Supp. 521 (E.D.La. 1972)
Judge Boyle circulated an opinion dissolving the three-judge court and returning the case to the District Court, and an opinion and judgment of the single judge court dismissing plaintiff's suit.
Shortly thereafter a three-judge court in the District of Columbia released the opinion in National Association of Letter Carriers, AFL-CIO v. United States Civil Service Commission, 346 F.Supp. 578 (D.D.C. 1972), in view of which the opinion of Judge Boyle was revised to become that of the three-judge court.
Includes draft opinions of Judge Boyle.
