Seegers v. Traigle C.A.No. 72-254; Seegers v. Michot C.A.No. 72-255. Judge West was to write the opinion pursuant to the tentative agreement of the judges at conference. But at the request of Judge Wisdom, Judge Rubin circulated a proposed opinion. After Judge West indicated his intention to dissent, the opinion was modified, and he instead concurred in the result.
