No. 30,942; 440 F.2d 666 (1971) Judge Coleman circulated a proposed per curiam affirmance, to which he suggested be amended the district court opinion. Judge Simpson was not in favor of all that was said in the district court opinion. He revised the opinion, and Judge Coleman concurred in the revision. Judge Wisdom disagreed with the opinion as revised, and circulated still another version, which became the opinion of the court.
