Hansgens v. Deere

Case No. 88-4396 We REVERSE the district court's grant of summary judgment to Deere & Company. We AFFIRM the district court's denial of the plaintiff's motion to add Gueydan Tractor Co. as a defendant. We REMAND the case to the district court for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
