Initially, Judges Wisdom and Tuttle were inclined to reverse and Chief Judge Hutcheson was prepared to issue a dissent. While researching the opinion Judge Wisdom reconsidered in favor of affirmance. Judge Tuttle then concurred, making the opinion unanimous.
