Chief Judge Hutcheson, noting his concurrence in the opinion, nonetheless objected to certain language it contained, and suggested its revision. Judge Wisdom adopted all but one of the changes suggested by Chief Judge Hutcheson. Chief Judge Hutcheson insisted on the final change, and threatened to disent from the use of the objectionable language if Judge Wisdom refused. The revision was made.
