Scott v. Cardoza
Scope and Contents
Case No. 91-15039 The plaintiffs received full notice that the district court was preparing to grant summary judgment against their free exercise claims, the only claims on appeal. The district court correctly applied the constitutional law that requires us to uphold an infringement of First Amendment rights when it results from a prison regulation that rationally matches a legitimate penological interest. We AFFIRM. Bench memo with notes; judgment; Brief on Behalf of Appellees.
