Case No. 84-3890 The parties agree that the district court lacked in rem jurisdiction over the GILDA. The judgment against the GILDA in rem therefore is REVERSED and the case is REMANDED so that the district court may amend the judgment accordingly. In all other respects the judgment is AFFIRMED.
