Chief Judge Rives noted his concurrence in the proposed opinion of Judge Wisdom subject to a certain revision. Judge Jones, too, noted his concurrence and suggested a change in language -- and objected to Chief Judge Rives' suggestion. The suggestion of Judge Jones was adopted. That of Chief Judge Rives was not, but the opinion was so revised to avoid the disagreement.
