Judge Wisdom did not sit on the panel to hear this appeal.
Judge Cameron proposed an opinion and suggested its distribution to counsel for suggestions. Judges Jones and Rives opposed such a distribution. They also disagreed with the proposed opinion, as they did a subsequent, revised, opinion of Judge Cameron. Judge Rives assigned the opinion to himself.
