On petition for rehearing in Coleman v. Kennedy, 313 F.2d 867 (5th Cir. 1963), Judge Rives suggested that the November 16, 1962 Order be set aside and the case be set on expedited schedule. Judge Brown disagreed, but Judge Rives was not persuaded otherwise. Judge Brown then submitted a proposed Order to set aside the Order and to set the case on briefs.
