At conference Judges Wisdom and Gewin favored affirmance while Judge Jones was for reversal. Judge Wisdom came to agree with Judge Jones, and drafted the opinion accordingly. The opinion was twice revised to meet objections of Judge Gewin, who in the end concurred specially.
