Dissenting opinion of Judge Wisdom.

The conference agreement of the judges was to affirm in this case. Judge Bell circulated an opinion to reverse. Judge Brown had concurred, and Judge Wisdom was to dissent, when Judge Bell rewrote the opinion. Judge Brown concurred in the opinion as redrafted and Judge Wisdom dissented.
