Judges Wisdom and Hutcheson were inclined to reverse while Judge Bell favored affirmance. Judge Bell circulated a proposed majority opinion to reverse, and a proposed dissent. Judge Hutcheson joined in the latter to constitute a majority for affirmance. Judge Wisdom then joined to make it unanimous.
