We find that summary judgment was appropriate on all of Teague's claims but one. Because the evidence would allow a reasonable factfinder to find that Heacock failed to inform Teague of the maximum possible sentence and conclude that Teague had been prejudiced by this failute, we REVERSE the summary judgment on this issue, and REMAND for additional discovery and further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
