Scope and Contents Case No. 85-5942 and 85-6053 We REVERSE the judgment of the district court, except as to the denial of Forzley's request for attorney's fee, and order summar judgment in favor of AVCO on the breach of contract claim. We also remand for the district court to recalculate the Service Awards to which Forzley is entitled, in a manner consistent with this opinion. TLS of Wisdom; memorandums with notes.
