Scope and Contents Case no. 85-2629 We therefore reverse and remand this case to the district court to determine what the terms of the line of credit agreement Vahlsing guaranteed were, whether the actions of the Bank and the SBA materially altered the terms of that agreement, and, if so, whether Vahlsing consented to those changes.
