Case no. 94-30433 We AFFIRM the district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of the defendants. Neverless, the Court points out that Woods has been in extended lockdown for almost four years and that it would be appropriate for the review board and the magistrate to give especially careful attention to the need for continuing to keep Woods in that status.
