Scope and Contents Nos. 28,920, 28,923, 28,924, 28,925; 437 F. 2d 554 (1970) Judge Wisdom classified this as a Class II case on the summary calendar, and circulated a proposed per curiam reversal of the District Court. Judge Simpson concurred. Judge Colaman objected, however, and the case was reclassified.
