Scope and Contents (...) In accordance with the conference position of the judges, Judge Wisdom attempted to write an opinion to reverse. Two opinions to reverse were prepared, holding on different grounds. Each was ultimately rejected as Judge Wisdom came to favor affirmance. Includes draft opinions to reverse.
