Brown v. Coffeeville Consolidated School District No. 74-1160; 513 F.2d 244, reh. den. 520 F.2d 1405 (1975) Judge Coleman circulated a proposed opinion with which Judges Simpson and Wisdom did not entirely agree. Judge Coleman suggested that the opinion be reassigned, and that he would dissent. Judge Widsom instead revised the Coleman opinion to accord more nearly with the views he and Judge Simpson held; it was so issued, and the decision was unanimous.
