Pegues v. Mississippi State Employment Service

Case No. 88-4812 We affirm the district court's award of back pay and prejudgment interest against MSES except insofar as the court reduced the back pay award for the Baxter-Travenol job order. We reverse the reduction of the award because we conclude that it is based on an erroneous factual finding. We remand the case to the district court for recalculation of the monetary award for this order.
