Scope and Contents Case No. 88-4812 We affirm the district court's award of back pay and prejudgment interest against MSES except insofar as the court reduced the back pay award for the Baxter-Travenol job order. We reverse the reduction of the award because we conclude that it is based on an erroneous factual finding.
