Scope and Contents Judge Wisdom circulated a letter in defense of his opinion for the panel and voted to deny the petition for rehearing. He then changed his vote to favor rehearing, suggesting an order to be entered which contemplated reconsideration on briefs. Judges Coleman, Godbold and Gewin pressed for oral argument, a majority of the court so voting when a motion for oral argument of rehearing was filed.
