Scope and Contents Labat v. Bennett Judge Gewin circulated a dissent containing certain language Judge Wisdom found objectionable. Judge Wisdom revised his opinion, and suggested that the Gewin dissent be in turn revised, which it was. Judge Bell was prompted to substitute a redrafted opinion for his special concurrence.
