Scope and Contents (...)Chief Judge Tuttle submitted to the other judges a draft preliminay injunction and a proposed Order and Judgment on Civil Contempt. The Injunction was entered shortly thereafter (328 F.2d). As to the Order on contempt, Judge Wisdom indicated his concurrence.
